The Healing Identity Foundation

 

The Healing Identity Foundation is on a mission to help individuals reform their identity after a diagnosis of cancer or other extreme medical illnesses. The Healing Identity Foundation is a tax-exempt charitable organization recognized by the IRS under Section 501(c)(3). 

 

Our resources directly impact individuals in southeastern Wisconsin. Our outreach programs are designed to rebuild confidence, build a plan and gain normalcy during times of treatment and healing.

Currently the Healing Identity Foundation is supporting three key programs:

 

• Wig Funding Grants – providing funds for the purchase and fitting of wigs for those dealing with the side effects of chemotherapy

​​

• Cosmetic Kits for kids – providing kits for young men and women, teaching how to boost self-esteem and gain normalcy during difficult times of treatment

 

• Mentorship Program – connecting families in the battle with those who have already walked it
